At present, CVNow.in only provides digital products. All purchases are delivered electronically. You will receive your CV kit at the email address provided during checkout.

Digital deliveries are normally instant and should arrive within a few minutes after payment. In some rare cases, due to technical delays or email provider issues, it may take up to two hours. If you have not received your product within that time, please contact us immediately so we can resend it.

We do not currently provide physical shipping since our CV kits are digital downloads. However, we may introduce physical products in the future such as printed career toolkits or packaged materials. If that happens, our shipping policy will apply as follows:

Physical products will be shipped across India and to selected international locations. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and courier information will be displayed during checkout. All orders will be processed within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) will be payable by the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be responsible for failed deliveries. In such cases, reshipping costs may apply.
