Because our CV kits are digital products, we cannot offer cancellations once the files have been delivered to your email address.

Refunds will only be granted in specific situations. These include cases where you were charged more than once for the same order, where you did not receive the product within 24 hours and we were unable to resolve the issue, or where the files provided were corrupted or inaccessible and we could not replace them.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within seven days of your purchase by emailing info@42souls.com. Please include your order details and the reason for your request.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within seven to ten business days.
